Nothing is scheduled. Everything is available.
We don't run activities on a timetable. We keep the pool clean, the lawn mown, the firewood dry and the kitchen warm — the rest tends to happen on its own.
Pick any of these. Or none.
Pool Days
Swim before breakfast, again after lunch, and once more when the deck lights come on. Nobody's counting.
Bonfire Evenings
Gather around the fire as the day cools — conversations, songs, silence, and stars. The kind of evening phones tend to forget.
Farm & Boulder Walks
Wander the farm and the granite outcrops around it — best at first light or in the hour before sunset.
Farm-to-Table Meals
Simple, soulful home cooking — much of it grown a few steps from your plate, served warm and unhurried.
Stargazing
Far from city lights, the night sky returns. Lie back on the lawn and rediscover what darkness is supposed to look like.
Bird Watching
The countryside wakes up loud. Bring binoculars or borrow ours, and meet the resident and visiting birds of the region.
Bring the Dog
Bevu is pet-friendly. A fenced lawn to run on, boulders to sniff, and a farm's worth of new smells — your dog will sleep better than you do.
Lawn Games
Cricket with a tennis ball, badminton until the light goes, frisbee for the dogs you wish you'd brought.
Sunrise Yoga
The lawn faces east. Roll out a mat, or simply sit with a coffee and watch the boulders change colour.
Kids on the Farm
Let children see where food really comes from — planting, picking, feeding, and playing in safe, open spaces.
Board Games & Long Dinners
Open common spaces, a table that seats everyone, and no reason to leave it — designed so groups actually spend time together.
Small Team Offsites
Take the whole house. Work on the veranda in the morning, swim at lunch, plan by the fire — teams of up to 8 to 12.
Slow Weekends
No itinerary, no rush. Read, nap, walk, eat well, and let the weekend stretch the way weekends were meant to.
